What types of vans are available for hire at your company?
Micro van, Small van, Short wheelbase Van, Long wheelbase van, Extended long wheelbase van and Luton van.
Do I need a special driver’s license or any specific qualifications to rent a van?
No, you just need to have had your licence needs to have been valid for at least two years. If you have a paper licence you’ll need to bring additional photo ID. We also need a Licence check code so we can view your driving record, which can be done online
Are there any age restrictions or additional requirements for renting a van from your company?
Yes, we have an age restriction of 25-70 and a full UK licence valid for at least 2 years. Exemptions may apply so please ask a rental agent to see if you can still book.
Can I book a van online, and what is the reservation process?

What are the insurance options available for the rented van, and are they included in the rental fee?
Your insurance is included in the price, this is with a standard excess of £1,500 however you can reduce this to £500 for £24.99/day.
What is your cancellation policy and will I receive a refund if I need to cancel my booking?
If you think you may have to cancel then please ask about our cancellation protection product. Otherwise our standard policy is a fee of £20 is applicable should the hirer give more than 48 hours Cancellation notice. If the hirer gives less than 48 hours Cancellation notice the Hirer shall not be refunded any amount paid for their hire. If booking with less than 48 hours to the start of the hire, the hirer is not permitted to cancel the booking without payment of the full booking charge. Are there any mileage restrictions or additional charges for exceeding a certain distance during the rental period?
Mileage allowances vary dependant on the duration of hire for daily hire we allow up to 200 miles before additional mileage cost
Can I rent additional equipment or accessories for the van, such as GPS or moving equipment?
We rent and sell many accessories and equipment including Ratchet Straps, bubble wrap, working gloves, packing blankets, boxes & sack trolleys. In regards to GPS, many of our vans are equipped with Apple Car play / Android Auto so this is rarely required however please ask for a windscreen mount for your phone if not, we always try and keep some around to lend to customers.
What is your policy on fuel, and am I required to return the van with a full tank?
It is a like for like policy, so if your van has a full tank upon collection then bring it back with the same.
